The winter tourist season, which should end by the end of March, will be very successful according to all parameters.

The accommodation capacities on the Olympic Mountains of Bjelasnica, Igman and Jahorina are filled, and there is an increasing number of tourist every day.

Manager of the Marketing Sector at ZOI ’84 Amra Kaljic stated that the winter tourist season at Bjelasnica and Igman was much better in comparison to previous years, and she noted the increase of capacities for visitors as a reason for it.

When it comes to Igman Mountain, she said that a lot more children came to Malo Polje this year, mostly because of the ski school.

Expert Associate for Public Relations in the Olympic Center Jahorina stated that the winter tourist season in Jahorina will last as long as they have minimum technical and security conditions.

“Considering the current conditions on the mountain, where we have more than 70 centimetres of snow, all seven installations and both kindergartens working every day, the end of the ski season on our mountain is nowhere close,” she noted.

She also added that they are very satisfied with their results, since they broke all the records in every business segment.
