In the cultural center in Srebrenica, a project called ‘Support to the Cohesion of the Community in Municipality Srebrenica Through Local Policies in the Areas of Culture’ was presented today.
This project is implemented by the OSCE Mission to B&H together with partners of municipality Srebrenica, and the project is financed by the Turkish Embassy to B&H. RS Deputy Minister of Culture Irena Soldat- Vujanović was present at the gathering.
This project presented a map of cultural events in the area of municipality Srebrenica, and there was mention of a strategy for the development of culture in the RS and its implementation at the local level.
The aim is to develop a cultural strategy for Srebrenica and to establish cooperation between partners that will participate in this project, such as municipalities, RS entity and civil society, as well as others that will participation, said the Director of the Human Dimension Department of the OSCE Mission to B&H Trefor Williams to Fena.
Municipality Srebrenica allocated 444.180 KM for cultural events in Srebrenica for a duration of four years.
