Swiss Psychoanalyst Theodor Itten Comes to Sarajevo

ittenB&H association started with the program ‘Visiting …‘ in September 2012, by hosting the U.S. therapists Will Hall. This program continues with the Swiss Psychoanalyst Theodor Itten.

Association ‘Metanoia’ organizes a three-day lectures, workshops and interactive interview, this time with the Swiss psychoanalyst and clinical psychologist Theodor Itten. His visit to Sarajevo will last from 26th to 30th September 2013.

Theodor Itten is a Swiss psychoanalyst and clinical psychologist, writer and founder of several centers and programs to help people with psychological problems in Switzerland.

The visit of T. Itten is designed through two lectures in which he will talk about his experience and life journey as a psychotherapist, an experiential workshop that will be a practical example of his philosophy of compassion and helping people with psychological difficulties and interactive interview. Translation and publication of the author’s book “Anger: Managing the explosive emotion“ is planned within the project.

The project ‘Visiting … Theodor Itten‘ is sponsored by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC). All those who will come on promotion on 29th September at the Center for Culture and Media Decontamination – Campus of the University of Sarajevo will receive a free copy of the book as a gift.
