The 1st Startup Weekend in Mostar, organized by “INTERA Tehnološki park” finished yesterday.
During the three days lasting competition, young people had the chance to work in a team, to develop their business ideas, to learn how to present them to potential investors and to acquire new experience in order to continue developing their projects and ideas.
This event gathered around 45 competitors from all around world: Ukraine, Russia, USA, Spain, Italy, Croatia, England, Macedonia and B&H.
The CO TIME from B&H won the contest. Their idea was how to make a mobile application for the users to communicate in a simple and fast way and to schedule their appointments. Their simple and inventive idea along with a great presentation brought them victory.
The Startup Weekend which was so far organized in over 750 cities across the world was organized in Mostar for the 1st time and supported by the Norwegian Ministry of foreign affairs and local sponsors Nsoft, UniCredit bank and MojTaxi.
