The 33rd Anniversary of the biggest Mining Accident in BiH was marked

The 33rd anniversary of the death of 180 miners in the Dobrnja-Jug lignite mine, the biggest mining accident in BiH, which occurred due to improper blasting of a steel partition, was marked today.

The average age of the miners who died was 27, and 365 children were left behind.

In memory of this tragedy, every year in the Kreka Mines, family members, with the presence of representatives of local authorities, citizens, and numerous organizations, pay their respects to the fallen miners, with the hope that a similar tragedy will never happen again.
