The Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina raised the level of security in security/military facilities in the country due to threatening reports that arrived yesterday at 3 p.m.

After that, SIPA sent a letter to all police agencies and companies involved in the production of weapons to strengthen security measures due to possible attacks, which especially refer to barracks and dedicated industry facilities.

Inspections of barracks and military industry facilities across the country are underway to find out if there is a real danger. SIPA is also working intensively to find the IP address of the person who sent the threat.

The notification states that from October 2, 2024. until further notice, vehicles delivering food and express mail vehicles are prohibited from entering the circle of military industry facilities. The vehicles of companies that perform work within the premises must be thoroughly inspected before each entry and exit.

Last week, there were reports of bombs placed in several buildings, including the Sarajevo Airport, shopping centers in Sarajevo and many schools, Klix.ba writes.
