The Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina stopped the New Eastern Interconnection. Namely, the Chairperson of the BiH Presidency, Željka Cvijanović, proposed that the BiH Presidency make a decision on initiating the procedure for conducting negotiations with Serbia in connection with the construction of the New Eastern Interconnection.
However, members of the BiH Presidency, Željko Komšić and Denis Bećirović, said that they would not vote for the adoption of that decision without first adopting the law on gas at the BiH level.
After that, this item was removed from the agenda.
