Bosnia and Herzegovina is going through internal political problems and on the concept of ‘three nations – two entities’ ethnic policies are being created that are holding Bosnian society hostage. They try to surround their ethnic areas and in these ethnic cages, individual freedom is lost, the citizen is lost, and Bosnia and Herzegovina cannot survive or move towards Europe if it is not civil, pointed out the former president of the Assembly of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina Miro Lazović, guest on the show Rezime.
“On the other hand, we have relations in the region that reflect on Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is, above all, the issue of Serbia and Kosovo and Vučić’s ambivalent policy, where one speaks and the other does,” added Lazović.
In this context, he also mentioned the information that appeared in the media that Orban, Vučić and Dodik met two days ago, and that Vučić hinted that “there”, referring to Bosnia and Herzegovina or Republika Srpska, was happening “hard things”.
“What are the hard things? It is obvious that we will face them. The entire complex of relations – both regional and internal – holds Bosnia and Herzegovina hostage and does not allow us to move forward,” Lazović stressed.
He also commented on the latest decisions of the NSRS, as well as the denial of the high representative and the ultimatum to the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina from the smaller BH. entities.
“Milorad Dodik is not doing anything new, he is continuously implementing this policy, and I think that on the scene – this should be said openly – is a conflict between the state and Bosnia and Herzegovina and Republika Srpska.” Who will come out of that conflict as the winner – remains to be seen, but I think that Bosnia and Herzegovina is stronger because it is an internationally recognized country, and the RS is one of the entities that has neither strength nor international support. Maybe they have the support of Moscow and Serbia, but that is not enough for them to tackle Bosnia and Herzegovina in a way to destroy the institutions of the state, which Dodik is trying to do, or to make Bosnia and Herzegovina an empty shell that will not be able to function even on the international level and especially in regional relations and on the internal level”, Lazović concluded in a guest appearance in Rezime.
