Under the supervision of prosecutors from the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption, SIPA police officers search and arrest suspects in several cities in Bosnia and Herzegovina – Goražde, Sarajevo, Zenica and Travnik.

The action covers several natural and legal persons, and the investigative activities relate to the prosecution of illegalities linked to private higher education institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and relate to criminal acts of illegal issuance of university diplomas, money laundering and other criminal acts.

Within the scope of the case, the suspect’s connection with legal and natural persons abroad is being investigated.

“After the activities are carried out, we will be able to provide the public with more information,” SIPA announced.
