The broken Plaque to the War Criminal Mladic is promptly replaced and guarded by the Police

After the commemorative plaque to the war criminal Ratko Mladić, which is located on the entity line in Vraca, was destroyed today, a new one was placed in just a few hours.

The Klix.ba portal team noted at noon today that material damage was caused to the panel, but only a few hours later, despite the non-working day and holiday, everything was repaired. In addition, in this location, right in front of the board, there is also the police of the RS, who are apparently protecting it from being broken again.

It is neither known who broke the plaque, nor how a new one was installed so quickly, but it is clear that the authorities in East Sarajevo were in a hurry to make everything “just right” for tomorrow’s “RS Day”, which is celebrated in that city.

This is not the first time that this plaque has been broken or destroyed in some other way, considering that it brings up bad memories for the citizens of Sarajevo, and considering tomorrow’s commemoration, it is not surprising that it has been “victimized” once again.

On the same date last year, the shameful memorial plaque was broken, and then in November of the same year, paint was thrown on it. Every time the locals and the authorities reacted quickly.
