The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued an Order instructing the Main Counting Center to determine the correct turnout at the polling stations, and to perform control manual counting of ballots and determination of voting results for polling stations where, in accordance with reports from the information system, a deviation and discrepancy between the number of ballots exceeding the number of voters who voted at the polling station by more than two percent was determined.
The decision was made at today’s session after the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as part of its regular activities of control and processing of election materials, analyzed the results obtained electronically, that is, by scanning ballots.
Control manual counting will cover 89 polling stations and different election levels, in accordance with the list determined by the Order, which is available on the official website of the Central Election Commission of BiH izbori.ba.
Control counting will be carried out in the main counting center, in the “Zetra” facility. The dynamics of the counting will be determined by the director of the Main Counting Center, and the public will be informed about the date of its holding in a timely manner through a press release, the Central Election Commission of BiH announced.
