The City of Sarajevo can launch the “Revitalization of Trebević Cable Car”

trebevicAssembly of the Sarajevo Canton reached a decision on giving consent for the establishment of construction rights on real estates owned by the Sarajevo Canton on which the Cantonal Public Utility Company (KJKP) Gras is registered as the holder of rights of disposal in favor of the City of Sarajevo, all with the aim of implementing the project “Revitalization of Trebević Cable Car”.

The Assembly also adopted the Draft Law on Tourism, which stipulates the planning and development of tourism, tourist entities, conduction of tourist activities, which defines the measures for promotion and development of tourism in the Sarajevo Canton, which regulates the establishment, organization and operations of the Tourist Board of the Sarajevo Canton, its way of funding and operating, criteria for categorization of tourist places and supervision of the implementation of this law.

Speaking of the control of entrance of tourists in the Sarajevo Canton and the country, the Prime Minister of the Sarajevo Canton Elmedin Konaković said that the best and necessary solution is to install a software, both for the control of entrance of foreign tourist from the aspect of safety and the aspect of economy.

After consideration, delegates of the Assembly also adopted the Draft Law on Protection from Noise in the Sarajevo Canton, as well as the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Cleanness.
