In the premises of DARS (Society for Highways of the Republic of Slovenia) in Ljubljana, a contract was signed by which the BH company Euro-Asfalt Ltd. Sarajevo was officialy entrusted with a job worth 15 million BAM. The beginning of the works, according to contract, is expected 28 days from the day of signing the contract.
The contract includes the construction works on the highway A4 Slivnica – border crossing Gruskovje, sub-section AC Drazenci – MMP Gruskovje, II B section – initial construction works.
This is just another indicator of the status that the BH companies enjoy on the foreign markets.
“Euro-Asfalt is already present at numerous foreign markets and we are grateful to the investors for recognizing our value. We hope that the cooperation between us and Slovenia will not stop here. We have an idea to launch a constructional sector of both B&H and Slovenia and that our initiative for joining large regional companies will have a positive effect, and that we will soon, as a powerful consortium, be able to take over big jobs at the markets of not only the region, but also the world, primarily the Middle East where the demand for the constructors is exceptionally high“, said the director of Euro-Asfalt Hamed Ramic during the signing of the contract.
Matjaz Knez, the president of the Administration of DARS, stated during the signing of the contract that he expects compliance with ecological standards and standards of the profession, exceptional quality of the works and their termination, if possible, even before the deadline.
The deadline for the completion of works is 12 months.
