The Conference “Open at Microsoft”

microsoft_surface_phone_8_by_yronimus-6 (1)The first Microsoft conference in B&H that will be dedicated to the presentation of Microsoft open-source activities, to the process of opening accessible data and ways that open-source technology operates with Microsoft productions will be held on Wednesday, 27.11.2013 at 10:00 at hotel Sarajevo.

The presentation will address issues of interoperability, Windows Azure support for open-source projects and the use of open source projects in developing Windows Phone 8 applications. The conference is a good opportunity to find out answers on questions such as: what is open data model, how is the model considered from a technical and legal perspective, the best practices worldwide on the topic of opening data, as well as the advantages of opening data in economic, political  and organizational terms.

The representative of Microsoft CEE, Olga Petrikova will open the conference with the presentation “Microsoft and Opennes”. This conference will gather lecturers with extensive experience in ICT industry.
