The Court of BiH: Trial to Naser Oric to be continued

12769564_1731532353750108_50007976_nAt the Court of BiH today will be continued trial to wartime commander of the Army of BiH in Srebrenica Naser Oric and his comrade Sabahudin Muhic.

With the indictment, issued at the end of August, Oric and Muhic are charged for committing war crimes in 1992 in the area of Bratunac and Srebrenica, killed three prisoners of Serbian nationality. They are charged that they killed Slobodan Ilic, Milutin Milosevic and Mitar Savic in villages Zalazje, Lolici and Kunjerac.

At the earlier plea hearing Oric and Muhic pleaded not guilty for this crime. Prosecutor of BiH Miroslav Janjic, is planning to examine 30 witnesses, including one protected, during the process and announced the execution of 63 pieces of material evidence.
