The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) will pronounce the verdict next week for Milomir Djuricic and Vukadin Spasojevic, who are accused of crimes against humanity committed in the “Uzamnica” camp in Visegrad.

The pronouncement of the verdict for Djuricic and Spasojevic, who are accused of persecuting Bosniak civilians – through imprisonment, inflicting severe physical and psychological injuries, sexual abuse, and other inhuman acts committed in the “Uzamnica” camp in 1992 and 1993, is scheduled for Friday, March 8th.

Djuricic is accused as the manager of “Uzamnica,” and Spasojevic as a guard sergeant.

On Monday, March 4th, after eight years of trial, the Court will pronounce the verdict for eight former members of the Army of the Republic of BiH (ARBiH) accused of crimes against civilians and prisoners of war committed in 1994 and 1995 in Buzim.

Zijad Nanic, Esad Kudelic, Vahid Bajraktarevic, Senad Salkic, Hasan Mustafic, Nedzad Bapic, and Samir and Husein Isakovic are accused of inhuman treatment of prisoners of war and civilians at the former hotel “Radoc” in Buzim from November 1994 to August 1995.

According to the indictment, Nanic was the assistant commander for the security of the 505th Buzim Brigade of the Fifth Corps of the ARBiH, Kudelic was the commander of the Military Police platoon, and Bajraktarevic, Salkic, Mustafic, Bapic, Samir and Husein Isakovic were members of the Military Police.

In the trial of the President of Republika Srpska (RS) Milorad Dodik on Wednesday, March 6th, the testimony of the first witnesses of the Prosecution is planned. Milos Lukic will also be present in the same courtroom, although the case against him has been temporarily separated, and the Court announced the possibility of merging after this hearing. Dodik and Lukic are accused of failure to execute the decisions of the High Representative.

Next week in the State Court, trials for crimes committed in other BiH cities will continue, Detektor reports.
