The Directorate for the Coordination of Police Bodies of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) announced that it is involved in securing the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, his delegation, and protected persons during their stay in BiH, that is, in the Republika Srpska (RS) today and on tomorrow, August 4th.
Furthermore, the Directorate for the Coordination of Police Bodies of BiH rejects as incorrect the media’s claims that the Serbian delegation did not announce its arrival in BiH.
“The Embassy of Serbia in BiH through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of BiH announced the event and the arrival of Vucic, his delegation, and other protected persons on an official visit to BiH,” the announcement states.
The Directorate, as they point out, coordinates activities and exchanges information with all competent police bodies and other partner agencies in BiH, including the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RS.
Moreover, the Directorate coordinates the taking of measures and actions with the aim of making the visit, more precisely the movement and stay of the protected persons, pass safely and unhindered.
The announcement states that the announcements, procedures, and activities in securing the visit of the President of Serbia and his delegation do not differ from the visits of other foreign delegations to BiH that were implemented in the past period.
