The Swedish Ambassador in B&H Fredrik Schiller opened last night the exhibition of the Swedish design “Designing the light in the Swedish Style”.
“Today Swedish designers pay more attention to sustainable development. Such an approach not only represents an additional value for their products, but also increases their international competitiveness. Design becomes the link between the producer and the costumer”, said Schiller and thanked the author of this setting Aleksandra Stratimirović and the team of Bela Vida for the great job done.
Aleksandra Stratimirović with 17 Swedish designers presented their art works from the classical modern Bumling 1968 until most contemporary creations of young generations. This products are widely represented at the World market and they have won many awards.
“It is my great pleasure that I present for the first time in Sarajevo my art works but also art works of my colleagues, who have designed for leading Swedish companies, manufacturer of contemporary lighting Ateljé Lyktan, Annell Ljus&Form and Zero”, said the designer from Belgrade Aleksandra Stratimirović , who has achieved remarkable success in Sweden.
This exhibition will be displayed at the gallery Bela Vida until 4 January 2014 and then will be displayed at the hall of the Importanne Center, where visitors can have the chance to visit it until 5 February 2014.
