On the occasion of International Women’s Day, the author’s exhibition “HER story” was opened today in Prague, in which the ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the Czech Republic, Martina Mlinarević, and the American ambassador to this country, Bijan Sabet, joined forces as authors.

Ambassador Mlinarevć, also known as a writer, wrote stories for this exhibition about women ambassadors accredited in the Czech Republic, about their upbringing in various parts of the world, about ups and downs during their life journey, female role models, the position of women in the countries they come from and to everything that their ancestors left them as a legacy.

For this occasion, American Ambassador Sabet made portraits of the ambassadors, which were then designed and combined with written stories by Amila Hrustić, a well-known designer from Bosnia and Herzegovina who lives and works in Prague.

This powerful and inspiring exhibition called “HER story” brought together an exceptional number of high-ranking officials in Prague, members of the highest Czech political elite, members of the diplomatic corps and public life, as well as young refugee girls from Ukraine.

The exhibition will travel through various cities of the Czech Republic in the coming months.
