exhibition‘’B&H is very important for the Austrian cultural and foreign policy, primarily due to geographic proximity, as well as the history that we have’’, said the deputy Austrian ambassador to B&H Wolfgang Thill at the opening of the exhibition of photographs “Meeting of cultures”.

He explained that a working group was formed under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Austria, that deals with interreligious dialogue, culture, different cultural and religious communities.

“We wish to contribute to the inter-religious dialogue through photographs as well”, said Thill.

The exhibition features 35 impressive photographs that emerged from the photo contest ‘’Meeting of cultures’’, and the interested ones have sent their photographs via a network of Austrian cultural forums and embassies throughout the world.

These photos are part of an exhibition that will be presented in different places all over the world with the support of the Austrian cultural forums and embassies, with the intention to extend the concept of the dialogue between cultures.
