Balkan Poetics Exhibition novovrijeme.baThe exhibition titled “The Balkan poetics” of the Macedonian author Hajrush Iseni was opened today at the Yunus Emre Institute-Turkish Cultural Center in Sarajevo.

The exhibition was opened by Jasmina Bajramović, the Art manager and Rabia Bozkurt, the director of the Yunus Emre Institute and Dženan Bilajac, the assistant.

The exhibition features 17 graphics, and Bilajac pointed out that the visual presentation, the graphics, of the artist Iseni is clear, modern, with representations that surround the area and attract attention with their imaginative elements, merged with a modern concept.

Also, Bilajac stressed that the theme is the original, native, natural, domestic, with conceptual forms integrated in the graphical sheet. The forms, the figures, are made with impressive models interconnected with the area in which they incurred.

“In an attempt to show the spiritual, as well as the art world in the graphics, Iseni relies on the technique of aquatint, the technique of prints, calligraphy and painting technique “dry pin”, which he masterfully practices”, said Bilajac.
