The Hezbollah movement launched an intense rocket attack on the northern regions of Israel.

According to the news on the Israeli army radio, it was stated that an intense rocket attack took place from the south of Lebanon on the northern regions of Israel.

News reports said sirens sounded in many settlements in the Upper Jalil region, which borders Safed and the town of Tabariya.

A report by the Times of Israel stated that sirens sounded in at least 52 settlements on the border line.

Some local media in Lebanon reported that Hezbollah fired at least 100 missiles.

There is no statement yet from Hezbollah and the Israeli army.

Tensions flared along the border between Lebanon and Israel amid occasional exchanges of fire between Israeli forces and Hezbollah.

The border tension comes amid an Israeli military assault on the Gaza Strip that has killed more than 37,100 people following a major attack by the Palestinian resistance group Hamas on October 7, 2023, AA writes.
