Noa Argamani (25), Almog Meir Jan (21), Andrey Kozlov (27) and Shlomi Ziv (40) were rescued in a special operation jointly carried out by the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), the Israeli Security Agency (ISA) and the Israeli police.

The foursome are part of the hostages kidnapped by Hamas at the Nova Music Festival, who were rescued from two separate locations in the heart of Nuseirat, in the Gaza Strip.

According to the authorities, all the rescued hostages are in good health and were immediately transferred to the ‘Sheba’ Tel-HaShomer medical center for further medical examinations and treatment.

The rescue operation was extremely complex and required a high level of coordination between different security agencies. The IDF said this success was the result of the joint work and dedication of all forces involved.

“We will continue to make every effort to bring the hostages home,” the prime minister stressed in his statement to the media, Fena reports.
