The Italian Prime Minister arrived in Belgrade, and the Hosts welcomed Her with Hungarian Flags

Today, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni is visiting Belgrade. At the airport, the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, welcomed her with a bouquet of flowers, and flags were placed as a sign of welcome. But it is not about Italian flags.

The flags, as is always done during the arrival of foreign officials, were placed along the highway and major streets in Belgrade, as well as in front of the Palace of Serbia, where the meeting between the Italian Prime Minister and the Serbian President is being held. In front of the Palace, the flags were placed correctly, however, along the highway there was a problem. Someone from the organization apparently made a mistake, writes Nova.rs.

Namely, the combination of the colors of the Italian and Hungarian flags is the same, but in the case of the Hungarian railroad, they are placed horizontally, and in the case of the Italian one, they are placed vertically.

The Serbian flag was placed lengthwise, however, something stuck with the Italian one, the stripes were not placed as they should be (in this case horizontally), so in the end it turned out to be the Hungarian flag.

Meloni was welcomed at the airport by the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, with a bouquet of flowers. After that, a meeting was organized in the Palace of Serbia.
