The lifeless body of citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina Angelo Peševski was found under the ruins in Malatya, Turkey.

Let us remind you that he was searched for after the earthquake that hit the south of Turkey and the north of Syria on Monday.

The information was confirmed for Klix.ba by Siniša Mihailović, consul of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Turkey.

As he explained, the company where he worked first informed the victim’s family, and then the BiH Embassy in Ankara.

Peševski did not survive after he remained under the ruins of a building in Malatya where he was engaged in business.

According to the latest information, more than 25,000 people lost their lives in the earthquake in the two countries.

Major rescue efforts are underway, involving teams from a large number of countries, including Bosnia and Herzegovina.

There are still cases of people being pulled alive from under the rubble. But such cases are becoming rarer, and there is less and less hope that more people will be saved.
