The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Slovenia visited SFF

The Vice President of the Government of Slovenia and Minister of Foreign and European Affairs, Tanja Fajon, visited the 30th Sarajevo Film Festival today in a private capacity.

Fajon was hosted by the President of the Sarajevo Film Festival, Mirsad Purivatra, who introduced her to the history, development, and achievements of the Festival.

During their meeting, they discussed the significance of the Sarajevo Film Festival for the culture, economy, and society of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as its role in promoting cinema in the region and beyond.

The meeting was also attended by the Director of the Sarajevo Film Festival, Jovan Marjanović, the Minister of Culture and Sports of Sarajevo Canton, Kenan Magoda, and Saša Magazinović, a member of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This visit further underscores the international support that the Sarajevo Film Festival enjoys and its importance in fostering cultural connections and cooperation among countries in the region.
