The murdered A.K. has nine final verdicts for various offenses in his criminal record

In the Premises for Detention of Persons Deprived of Liberty of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Canton of Sarajevo, the criminal processing of the suspect N.S. is still ongoing. (1992) from Sarajevo, who yesterday shot and killed a man, A.K. (1985) from Sarajevo on Wilson’s Promenade in Sarajevo.

“After the criminal investigation, the person deprived of liberty will be handed over to the acting prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of the Canton of Sarajevo,” the spokeswoman for the MoI of the CS, Mersiha Novalić, confirmed to journalists today.

According to the information so far, the police have established that 39-year-old A.K. from 2008 until today, he went through a criminal record with nine final verdicts for various criminal offenses.

On the other hand, Novalić points out, the suspect in the murder of N.S. there is not a single crime registered in the criminal record until yesterday, when he shot and killed A.K. His death was confirmed on the spot yesterday at 5:01 p.m. by a doctor from the Institute for Emergency Medical Assistance of Canton Sarajevo.

Then the duty prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Sarajevo Canton was informed about this incident, who went to the field and led the investigation and the investigation team.

After the investigation, the police officers of the Department for Blood, Sexual Offenses and War Crimes deprived 32-year-old N.S. due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of murder.
