The association Giro di Sarajevo decided to accept the organization of the State Championship in road cycling, discipline chronometer, and thus return this elite competition to the capital city of BiH after more than 30 years.

The championship will be organized in cooperation with the Bicycle Federation of BiH and all of the leading cycling clubs from all over the country announced their participation, including Dragon of Bosnia from Tuzla, CC Bihac, CC Mostar, CC Banja Luka and many others. More than 60 competitors are expected, and depending on their age and category, they will drive between 10 and 40 kilometers.

Competition will take place on Saturday, June 23, at the A transversal in the settlement of Dobrinja, which will be suspended for traffic from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Giro di Sarajevo invited all interested parties to support the best cyclists of BiH  in their effort to win the championship of the country.

“We would like to ask all drivers of motor vehicles for patience during the event. We promise to open the roads earlier, if we manage to complete our competition,” as noted from Giro di Sarajevo.
