At least 57.523 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip since October 2023, the Ministry of Health announced.

The statement says that 105 bodies were brought to hospitals in the past 24 hours, and 356 people were injured, bringing the number of injured in the Israeli attack to 136.617.

“Many victims are still trapped under the rubble and on the roads because rescuers cannot reach them,“ the statement reads.

Israel continued its attacks on the Gaza Strip on March 18th and has since killed 6.964 people and injured 24.576, thereby violating the ceasefire and prisoner exchange agreement that came into force in January.

In November 2024, the International Criminal Court (ICC) issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.

Israel is also facing a genocide lawsuit before the International Court of Justice (ICJ) over the war in that enclave.
