The Owner of a Company from BiH took the Workers on a free joint Vacation

Anel Kunic from Bugojno attracted the attention of the public with an unusual move. Namely, this young employer and businessman took his employees on a joint vacation, at the company’s expense. Here is what he said from this vacation: “Employers are nobody without their employees”.

“I never say that they are my workers, but that they are my boys. We respect each other so much, we act as one family, there is no owner-director-worker, I am always the first on the field with my people. I would never send my workers where I would not go,” said Anel.

Anel’s company is an example that shows how it is possible tocome to work with a smile. Socializing outside of work is their daily routine.

“We hang out, make barbecue together with our wives. When someone new comes to us, all the guys have to agree, and only then do we hire him,” told Anel.

”The problem of the population leaving Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) and the lack of labor force lies precisely in the attitude towards the workers, ” Anel claims. As he emphasized, employers are nobody and nothing without their workers.

“So, as company owners, we have to put our workers first, without them we are nothing. I can have 100 vehicles, 100 trucks and 5 branches, but if there are no workers to work there, it’s useless,” Anel explained.

Anel is also a motivation for young people and everyone who wants to start their own business, but they don’t have the courage. In 1998, he started with a second-hand computer, which his parents paid off in installments.

Today, he hopes that his example will make all directors see how they should treat their employees.

Earlier, a businessman from Mostar made the same gesture for his workers with whom he went on vacation in Turkey, N1 reports.
