The owner of pizzeria City in Bihac, Ismir Hodzic, decided to treat his employees to a trip to the sea this year.

Zlatan Begic, an employee of this collective, who has been an employee of this company for five years, spoke about this great gesture.

As he explained, the employees leave in several groups, and currently another group of women has gone to sea.

”Our collective has 34 employees. It is about a young businessman and he decided to treat all the workers to a trip to the sea for three days, and he gave the rest days off. I think this is really a nice gesture and there are few such situations in these difficult times when many people are leaving the country, running away from private owned companies,” said Begic and added:

”This is one motivation for work, it immediately creates a different image and approach to the worker, the very act of going to work makes it different.”  Avaz writes.
