The Presidency of BiH accepted Macron’s Invitation

The Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) accepted the invitation from the President of the Republic of France, Emmanuel Macron, and the President of the International Olympic Committee, Thomas Bach, addressed to the Chairman of the Presidency of BiH, Denis Becirovic, to participate in the “Summit on Sport and Sustainable Development,” which will be held tomorrow, July 25th, 2024, at the Louvre Palace in Paris, France.

On the sidelines of the mentioned Summit, the Chairman of the Presidency of BiH, Denis Becirovic, will accept the Paris Agreement on Sport and Sustainable Development. The agreement is not legally binding for BiH and is declarative in nature – the Presidency of BiH announced.

The Presidency of BiH made decisions to accept: the Loan Agreement (Project for Improvement of Geospatial Infrastructure and Property Value Assessment) between BiH and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD); the Loan Agreement (Central Heating Project in Pale) between BiH and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD); and the Grant Agreement (Central Heating Project in Pale) between BiH and the EBRD.

The Presidency of BiH made decisions to accept: Amendments and Supplements to the Loan Agreement and the Project Agreement of the Republika Srpska (RS) between BiH and the IBRD (BiH – Recovery and Support Project for Companies, Loan No. 9183 – BA); the Grant Agreement No. TF0C4164 Project for Strengthening Oversight of Public Enterprises in BiH between BiH and the IBRD and the International Development Association acting as the administrator of the Multi-Donor Trust Fund for Financial Management.
