The President of FB&H signed the Labor Law

marinkoThe President of FB&H Marinko Cavara signed Labor Law yesterday, after which it will be submitted to the Secretariat of the Government of FB&H, it was confirmed at the Cabinet of the President of FB&H.

This is a prerequisite for the publication of this law in the Official Gazette of FB&H.

Last week, the Labor Law was adopted by both Houses of the Federal Parliament, and it is to enter into force after the publication in the Official Gazette of FB&H.

This law regulates the conclusion of employment contracts, working hours, salaries, termination of employment contracts, the exercise of rights and obligations deriving from employment relationship, conclusion of collective contracts, peaceful resolution of collective labor disputes and other issues arising from the employment relationship, if not determined otherwise by another law or international contract.
