A hat worn by Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte, who ruled France between 1804 and 1815, will be auctioned in Paris, the French capital.
The value of this black beaver felt bicorne hat is valued between 600.000 and 800.000 euros.
In addition to the hat, the auction will also include other personal items that belonged to Napoleon.
Jean-Pierre Osenat, who organized the auction, said: “People everywhere would recognize this hat. If they saw it on the battlefields, they would know that Napoleon was there.”
On the other hand, it is said that Napoleon had about 120 hats of this type, but today only 20 of them remain.
