The Chairman of the Club of Deputies of HDZ BiH, HSS, HKDU BiH, HSP-HNS, HSP DR AS BiH, HDU BiH in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina Nikola Lovrinovic said today that the Ministry of Finance could not propose a budget containing something illegal.

“They propose a budget which also includes salaries according to the Law on Salaries and Remunerations, which regulates all employees in institutions, and they cannot propose different bases,” stated Lovrinovic.

He added that his club has long advocated the adoption of a law that would separate employees on various grounds, including salaries, so that the salaries of elected officials would be regulated by another law.

He explained that in that case, the salaries of officials would not mix the salaries of police officers, soldiers or other officials.
