Members of the Pomozi.ba Association, in their own organization and with the help of a large number of volunteers, were working on the final preparations for the departure of another aid convoy for Turkey and Syria.

They were working on loading the last trucks, and as previously announced, the departure of the second aid convoy to Turkey and Syria is scheduled for last night.

“We are doing the final loading and in a few hours we will be ready to leave,” it was written yesterday in a post on the official Facebook page of the Pomozi.ba Association.

Numerous citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), as well as beyond, have shown empathy and great humanity towards the endangered population of these areas.

To recall, more than 45,000 people died as a result of the earthquakes that hit the southern regions of Turkey on February 6th. It was about two earthquakes of magnitude 7.7 and 7.6 with the epicenter in the province of Kahramanmaras, and in the days after that, about 12,000 aftershocks were registered.

BHRT and Pomozi.ba are launching a campaign to collect money for the victims of the earthquakes in Turkey and Syria.
