The Skiing Conditions on Olympic Mountains

12822247_1734653826771294_1442794932_nThe weather at the Olympic Mountains Bjelasnica and Igman is currently sunny.

Thanks to the new snowfall, ski lifts K1 (cradle), BX, heliport and three-seated cable car will be in operation today in Babin Do on Bjelasnica.

On Malo and Veliko Polje on Igman, ski lifts will not be working due to the insufficient amounts of snow.

Snow depth in Babin Do on Bjelasnica is currently around 10-15 cm, and the temperature is – 2°C. The height of snow cover on the top of Bjelasnica is 86 cm, while the temperature is – 6°C.

The current snow depth on Malo and Veliko Polje on Igman is 5 cm, and the temperature is around – 2°C. In case that conditions for skiing are met, public will be notified on time.

Snow depth on Jahorina Mountain is 40 cm, and working hours of vertical transport is from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
