The trial at the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) of Dusan Sladojevic, Slavko Aleksic, and Risto Lecic, accused of inciting national, racial, and religious hatred, discord, and intolerance in the Visegrad area in 2019, will begin on Wednesday, April 21st.

The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH charges them that on March 10th, 2019, they participated in a gathering organized by the “Ravna Gora Movement (Ravnogorski pokret) otadzbina Srpske” Visegrad, in the town of the same name, and later in the area of Dobrunska Rijeka, and publicly provoked and incited national and religious hatred, as well as strife and intolerance among the constituent peoples of BiH with their actions.

On the same day, the examination of the first witnesses of the Prosecution in the case against Marko Pandza and Nermin Alesevic, accused of receiving or giving gifts and other forms of benefit in the “Potkrivanje” affair, is planned.

Milan Tegeltija, former president of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC), will also testify.

The next day, on Thursday, April 22nd, it is planned to present closing arguments at the trial of Kemal Causevic and Anes Sadikovic, who were accused of abuse of power, money laundering, as well as receiving and giving gifts, Klix.ba writes.
