The United Kingdom will send military experts to Bosnia and Herzegovina, in order to fight against Russia’s influence, strengthen the NATO Mission and improve stability and security in the country.
British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said that London could not allow the Western Balkans to become another “playground for the disastrous aspirations of Russian President Vladimir Putin”.
According to him, Russia “wants to reverse the successes achieved in the last three decades in BiH”.
“That is why we are increasing our support for BiH, thus responding to the call of our friends to help protect the peace that they rightly deserve to enjoy,” Johnson pointed out.
