protest2Confederation of Independent Trade Unions of B&H (SSS B&H) canceled the protest which was scheduled in front of the Parliament of the FB&H today.

The extended session of the Presidency of SSS B&H started around 4:30 p.m. yesterday, and after the three-hour long discussion, they decided not to continue with the protest today.

SSS B&H yesterday organized the protest requesting from the House of Peoples of FB&H not to adopt the Labour law. However, when parliamentarians adopted the Law, leaders of union announced the continuation of the protest for today at 2 p.m., at the time of beginning of the session of the House of the People of FB&H.

Officially, the reason for canceling the protest is the fatigue of workers and the inability to gather again today in Sarajevo.

However, unofficially, there is a rumor that a certain disagreement exists within the unions and that some of them are even asking for the resignation of Ismet Bajramović.
