The United States of America is celebrating Independence Day today, a holiday that celebrates the adoption of the American Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776, which declared independence from Great Britain.
The holiday is usually celebrated with fireworks, carnivals, picnics, political speeches, concerts, and the like. On that day, the history, traditions, and political tradition of the United States are celebrated.
Numerous events are planned today to celebrate it, as well as protests against President Donald Trump, which have been called by several organizations, and should be held at more than 200 locations, under the common name “Free America.”
Independence Day was also marked at the American Embassy in our country on Wednesday evening. The Chargé d’Affaires of the American Embassy, Daniel Koski, among other things, said that the United States remains committed to supporting the sovereignty, territorial integrity, and multiethnic character of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and that it supports its path towards a future with more democracy, security, and prosperity. He also said that these goals cannot be achieved only from the outside. It takes leadership and courage, which comes from within, Koski said.
