Minister of Defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina Zukan Helez received the United States (USA) Military Attaché in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brigadier General Eric Adams, on an official visit. Helez once again emphasized that the USA is a sincere friend and the strongest ally of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The interlocutors discussed the security challenges caused by the war in Ukraine and the negative implications for the security and stability of Bosnia and Herzegovina and other countries in the Western Balkans region.
“The institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, primarily the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the police and security agencies in our country, with the help of our allies, are ready to face challenges of any kind. Thank you for the constant support you provide us in dealing with the malignant Russian influences that undermine the security situation in our country and try to hinder our Euro-Atlantic integration,” said Helez, the Ministry of Defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced.
