The Video Everyone in BiH Is Talking About: Colleagues Give Asim an Unforgettable Send-Off Into Retirement

A video of a warm and unusual retirement send-off organized by colleagues for Asim Ibrahimpasic, a longtime employee of the company FAMM d.o.o. from Brcko, is circulating on social media. Scenes from the factory have gone viral – and for good reason.

In the video being shared on social media, Asim, visibly moved, can be seen walking through a line formed by his colleagues in honor of his last working day.

To applause, smiles, and emotions that could not be hidden, Ibrahimpasic reached the end of the path where his colleagues surprised him with a cake and a symbolic gift – an envelope with money.

On the cake, it simply but powerfully said: “Enjoy your retirement, Asim,“ and those very words were enough to spark a wave of positive emotions on social media.

The emotional send-off was no accident – the surprise was organized by his colleague and longtime friend Zijad Beganovic, who, together with the company team, wanted to thank Asim for all the years of work, dedication, and friendship.

“Stories like this restore faith in people,“ “Respect to the company and the team, this is how real workers are appreciated!“, “Respect that can’t be bought,“ are some of the comments below the video.
