Vlade Sladoje wants to be the new mayor of Kalinovik, and he decided to introduce himself to the locals in the uniform of the Republika Srpska (RS) Army. However, considering the rhetoric, politics and clothes he promotes, the question is whether the Central Election Commission (CEC) will allow Sladoje to remain a candidate.
“I declare mobilization on the entire territory of the municipality of Kalinovik until October 6th. I declare a state of emergency until Kalinovik and Zagorje regain their dignity. With faith in God for a dignified victory or an honorable defeat,” Sladoje wrote on Facebook.
As it was unofficially found out, the chief of staff of the PDP asked this candidate to change the photo that will appear on the posters, but Sladoje insisted on this one, which could represent causing national, racial and religious hatred, discord or intolerance.
And the fact that the photo is not the only problem is also evidenced by the status confirming that Sladoje is a sympathizer of the character and actions of convicted war criminal Ratko Mladic, who is also from Kalinovik.
That’s how Kalinovik was called “Mladicevo” on Facebook with the message: “For the honorable cross and freedom of Kalinovik. Mladicevo”.
The CEC of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) is on the move, which will also be determined according to this case after the application.
There are three candidates for mayor of Kalinovik who have the same surname. Radomir Sladoje (current head of the SNSD), SDS-Will of the People nominated Djordje Sladoje and, as it was mentioned, Vlade Sladoje from the PDP, Klix.ba writes.
