He points out that the old coal-fired heating plant must not be allowed to restart.
“Heat pumps are the only technological solution that can provide us with reliable, stable heating while keeping emissions to a minimum. Lemes states that the drafting of a new request under the provisions of the new law for the environmental permit to Arcelor Mittal is in the final phase.
