In the age of mass media and many negative news that daily showers the whole world, and therefore Bosnia and Herzegovina(BiH), positive stories have a very hard time breaking out and very often do not find their way to a large number of people.
Here is a short section that reminds of the positive stories that happened in the past period and thus additionally encourage all those who record successes, do humanitarian deeds, or write positive stories in some other way throughout the entire BiH.
Ten days ago, a story about the organization “Respekt” was published, which, thanks to its inclusive approach, provides free access to sports for marginalized children and youth with developmental disabilities. Because of their work, they have won three UEFA awards.
In the field of medicine, a positive story comes from the “Prim.Dr. Abdulah Nakas” General Hospital. There were special emotions at the end of this week’s education, which was arranged for the staff of the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and which was held in this health facility by representatives of the company ReWalk Robotics with its European headquarters in Berlin and OrtoSar from Sarajevo.
Television producer Almin Karamehmedovic, who is originally from Sarajevo, showed that there are very beautiful stories in showbiz. He won the 15th Emmy Award in America.
He is the producer of ABC News’ “World News Tonight” and won his 15th Grammy Award for Outstanding Live News.
At the end of September, Sarajevo Mayor Benjamina Karicpresented certificates of thanks to doctors Ettore Pedretti, Senka Dinarevic Mesihovic and Aida Sejdic Melezovic who, since 2002, have moved to Italy and operated 72 children all over BiHfree of charge.
And finally, a story from Gorazde. Voluntary work actions today are definitely one of the social phenomena of the past, but it is also a fact that in some places there are still young people who grow up with the feeling that by participating in the action they gave something useful to society.
A team of young people gathered around Amel Begovic from Bogusici near Gorazde has been participating in various actions for years, which ultimately produce great results in the place where they live.
And finally, the best BiH swimmer Lana Pudar made it to another World Cup final in Berlin. Lana fought for a new medal yesterday afternoon, Klix.ba reports.
