The Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy in Sarajevo and the Association of Psychology in the FB&H will organize in Sarajevo today a scientific symposium called the ‘Third Sarajevo Days of Psychology’.
‘’This gathering has a special value because in 2014 the Association will mark several important anniversaries. This year the 55th year of applied psychology in B&H will be celebrated, 50 years since the establishment of the B&H Psychological Association and 25 years since the founding of the first psychological study in B&H’’, said to Fena the Association of Psychologists in the FB&H.
They added that today recognitions and thanks will be handed out to members of the FB&H Association of Psychology.
It is expected that a large number of exhibitors of scientific and professional psychological works from B&H, Croatia, Serbia and Macedonia will attend.
‘’I particularly wish to emphasize that in the framework of the scientific symposium of cognitive-behavioral therapy, there will be a roundtable on the topic ‘Psychology in B&H, current status and perspectives’ and a promotion of the book ‘Group identity in therapy of identity’ by Predrag Tuca and Nina Hadžiahmetović, announced the Association.
