13282353_252505101776478_949257214_oA public discussion has been held in relation to the draft amendments to the regulatory plan of “Alipašin Most VII” .

The discussion was part of the procedure for the adoption of regulatory plans, which for the purposes of urban municipalities is adopted by the Sarajevo City Council. The proposal suggests modification of the plan on the number of floors of the planned facilities which are under construction, as well as the change of the use of space.

The regulatory Plan “Alipašin Most VII” from 2011 in the area “C” states that the ratio of housing and operations had been 60 to 40 percent, and with the proposed amendments to the plan a new ratio of housing and business has now been established of 80 to 20 percent.

The Council of the Mayor of Sarajevo suggested that the planned building plot, signed as C45, should have an alternative solution, which includes building another tower with 16 floors.

Since the building is located near Otoka and the largest intersection in Novi Grad, they have invited citizens and other interested parties to express their views and suggestions on the proposed amendments, and those comments and suggestions will be sent to the Sarajevo City Council.

You can submit your comments and suggestions by Friday, June 3th, 2016, to the Department of City Planning, property rights, land surveying and Cadastral Affairs.
