Seeing thousands of people gathered in Sarajevo and Banja Luka to celebrate Europe Day was a powerful expression of the aspirations of many citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina for a future in the European Union. Every year on 9 May, we remember the victory over fascism and the birth of the European unification project, and reaffirm our commitment to the values of peace, freedom and cooperation. The future of Bosnia and Herzegovina is in the EU – said the Head of the European Union Delegation and EU Special Representative to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ambassador Luigi Soreca.
In Sarajevo, world-renowned DJ and producer Claptone, known for his mysterious golden mask, treated the audience to a world-class production. The open-air concert was held in front of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly building, turning into an unforgettable and symbolic experience. Along with Claptone, the audience favorite Bonjasky and the young star of the electronic scene Lubnya performed, bringing together international and local talent.
At the same time, the roof of the Dom omladine in Banja Luka hosted an impressive lineup of regional and local artists, and the headliner was Guy Mantzur, a world-renowned name in electronic music and one of the key representatives of the modern progressive and melodic techno sound.
