Three Bosnian Players on the List of 100 Best Players by “The Guardian”

bih-reprezentacija1The British newspaper “The Guardian” published a list of the 100 best players of the world in 2014, and among them are two BH representatives: Miralem Pjanic and Edin Dzeko.
Pjanic takes 58th and Dzeko 66th place according to the selection of 73 experts from 28 countries, led by Hernan Crespo, Gilberto Silva, Slaven Bilic and Dietmar Hamann.

Sweden Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been listed on the 13th place, Belgian Eden Hazard on the 16th, and Yaya Toure from the Ivory Coast on the 18th place on the list, ahead of Frenchman Karim Benzema and Paul Pogba.

Croatian international Luka Modric is ranked 23rd, Serbia’s Nemanja Matic on the 48th, in front of the Croat Ivana Rakitic. The list is another national team of Serbia Branislav Ivanovic who ranks 53rd, while Croat Mario Mandzukic 71st position.
